We are an international organisation and therefore it is essential that you are fluent in English.
Key tasks
- Client support role that includes gathering data, reviewing and processing contracts and submitting new project requests.
- Access and organise data submitted by clients, audit data integrity, work with internal and external teams to drive processes and provide support
- Ensure SLAs are met and requests are addressed
- Reviewing Documents and contracts
