Therefore, we want to celebrate having a unique and international team every month by spotlighting one of our Tricycle family members. A few days ago, we had the opportunity to interview Monica Senefonte – Digital Business Consultant. Let’s discover what she has to tell us in her Employee in the Spotlight interview!

Where have you lived in your life?
Where have you lived in your life?I am from Sao Paulo (Brazil), lived three years in London (UK), and am now based in Amsterdam (NL).
What is your favorite childhood memory?
Playing with friends outdoors. My siblings and I had this plastic pool in the garden that my father used to build every summer. Sometimes we would invite a bunch of friends home to play in the small pool, without really telling our parents how many we were. We all would clearly never fit in that small pool, but we had lots of fun. Great times!
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
“Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn!” There’s always a lesson to be learned in every situation. Having a growth mindset and learning from mistakes is already a huge step to success. Keep going!
What is the coolest thing about your job?
Meeting extraordinary people from all over the world, with different backgrounds and cultures, and helping them achieve personal and professional goals with an eye to the future.
What was the first thing you bought with your own money?
A mobile phone, which was probably a flip “Kyocera” at that time! Haha
If you could time travel, when and where would you go?
I would absolutely time travel to the future, maybe 1000 years from now, and discover what happened to the world, people, and technologies.
If you could pick a superpower, what would you choose?
Tele transportation! I would go back and forth to Brazil to be with my family, enjoy the nice weather and food and leave just about time.
What’s your favorite inspirational quote?
“After the storm comes the rainbow!” There are beautiful days ahead waiting for us, and this makes me strong to keep going.
